Service Scheduling and Availability

Services are available from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Appointments are subject to availability and may vary based on seasonal demand. We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to guarantee service availability.

Payment Terms

Pricing Structure

Our pricing is based on the size and type of surface to be cleaned, as well as the level of dirt and grime present. A detailed quotation will be provided before the commencement of any work, ensuring transparency in our pricing structure.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the service cost.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that we have unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned on the scheduled date and time. This includes providing necessary keys or access codes if the property is secured.

Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages to surfaces or structures. Clients should report any visible damages before the service begins.

Insurance Coverage

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage to protect both our staff and clients in the event of accidents or unforeseen incidents during the service. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the results, we offer a satisfaction guarantee which includes a free reevaluation and, if necessary, additional cleaning services to meet expected standards.
